1. General Information
BB’s Giant Game Party Rentals provides game rental services for private and public events. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.
2. Booking & Payment
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a rental
- Final payment is due the day of your event
- Bookings are confirmed once deposit is received
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment terms are not met
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event
- Weather-related cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled delivery
4. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery times are scheduled based on availability, however we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date & time
- Client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue
- Any additional wait times or delays caused by the client may incur extra fees
5. Use of Equipment
- Games are for entertainment purposes only
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Do not stand, sit, or climb on equipment
- Equipment must be returned in condition it was received
6. Damage & Liability
- Customer is responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment
- Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer
- BB’s Giant Game Party Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages arising from misuse of equipment
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, phone, email) is used solely for booking and service delivery purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, text, images) is the property of BB’s Giant Game Party Rentals and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
